– and there’s a saltwater platform at Fort Trumbull State Park in New London.

Enjoy the View

Visitors to the Saugatuck Universal Access Trail in Redding will be rewarded with views of the Saugatuck Reservoir from the trail’s overlook platform. Open from sunrise to sunset, the trail is about 500 feet long and ends at a platform overlooking the Saugatuck Reservoir.

Pitch Camp

Hammonasset Beach has six campsites that are designated for use by individuals with disabilities. The sites are in close proximity to restroom facilities, have electrical outlets and can be reserved. To make reservations, call Reserve America at 1-877-668-CAMP (2267).

For a small state, Connecticut has a lot to offer everyone. We hope you have opportunity to get out and enjoy the summer in our beautiful state!
