Brendan F. Daly
Brendan F. Daly is a Principal of Czepiga Daly Dillman LLC, where he practices in the areas of elder law, estate and disability planning and estate administration. Brendan has received the designation of Certified Elder Law Attorney (CELA), a certification awarded by the National Elder Law Foundation, the only organization approved by the American Bar Association to offer certification in Elder Law (but not recognized by the Rules Committee of the Connecticut Superior Court), as a result of his experience, education, and testing by the Foundation. Brendan’s objective as an estate planning attorney is fulfilling his clients’ wishes while providing quality legal advice about the implications involved with will and trust distributions. He believes in providing the highest quality work product with the least amount of complexity and costs involved. Brendan believes that every client deserves the same level of attention and excellence, regardless of the complexity involved in their estate plan.
