Noreen is a cofounder of CzepigaDalyDillman. She has taken an active and in some cases, a leadership role in a number of professional organizations in the areas of estate planning, elder law, probate, trust services, and special needs trusts.

Highlights:

Attorney Dillman founded the firm, Dillman & Associates, in 2001. She built a competent team of paraprofessionals who contribute to implementing attorney recommendations and enhance the firm's responsiveness to the client. From the start, she was committed to maintaining a niche practice. She focuses on the legal needs of elders, their families, and individuals with special needs with a particular emphasis on estate planning, elder law, probate, trust services, and special needs trusts.

Attorney Dillman is a Certified Elder Law Attorney (CELA), a certification awarded by the National Elder Law Foundation, the only organization approved by the American Bar Association to offer certification in Elder Law.

She has an extensive background in taxation and financial issues. She is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), licensed in Connecticut. Prior to entering private practice in 1995, Attorney Dillman completed an eight-year tenure with the Internal Revenue Service where she held a variety of positions including those of Revenue Agent, Appeals Officer, and Estate Tax Attorney. Her background makes her uniquely suited to counsel clients on sensitive tax and financial issues that impact legal decision-making.

Attorney Dillman is a tireless advocate for elders and their families. She dedicates her time to professional organizations that are committed to legal issues that impact elders.

She is immediate past President of the Connecticut Chapter of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA). She also serves on the Executive Committee of the Estates and Probate Section and the Elder Law Section of the Connecticut Bar Association.
