As a licensed nursing home administrator, Kim helps our clients by providing advice and counsel when needed to select a nursing home and to advocate for our clients who reside in institutional settings. Kim's work experience as a registered nurse, nursing home administrator, elder health services consultant gives her a full view of helping options, in-depth knowledge of the elder health field and many helpful contacts in the industry.

Prior to joining CzepigaDalyDillman, Kim served as nursing home administrator of the Hospital of Saint Raphael's nursing home, health care administrator for the continuing care retirement community of Covenant Village in Cromwell, and was principal of Elder Health Consulting Kim for several years was on the Board of Directors of the Connecticut Association of Non-Profit Facilities for the Aged. As administrator for St. Raphael's nursing home, Kim developed several innovative programs that brought this facility to a position of receiving accreditation with commendation from state and federal organizations.

Kim is married with four children and resides in Kensington, Connecticut.
