Kathy Pleasanton is a critical person in the firm as she is the initial point of contact for each and every one of our clients. Kathy is welcoming and she will ensure that each client receives the highest level of service. She is responsive to clients and family members who many times are contending with a crisis situation. She approaches her responsibilities with a great degree of patience and understanding. She is often referred to as the "Go To Person" by fellow-team members.

Kathy has provided administrative support to law firms for over ten years. She has earned an Associates degree in Business Administration from Manchester Community College. She is always learning on the job and continues to learn each and every day from the firm's clients and the community we serve.
