Thank you for attending Attorney Carmine Perri and Dr. Harry Morgan's presentation at the 2019 Connecticut Legal Conference.

Harry and Carmine gave their perspectives as a geriatric psychiatrist and an elder law/trusts and estates attorney who confront weekly, if not daily, examples of elder abuse and elder exploitation. They discussed the steps to take to either pre-empt or address elder abuse and exploitation.

Below are links to download their presentation and the California Undue Influence Screening Tool (CUIST) form Carmine referenced in his part of the presentation. It is a very useful tool to help screen for suspected undue influence.
