Client Relations Specialist and Front Desk Support
The Client Relations Specialist’s primary responsibility is to communicate with prospective clients and complete the intake process. Additional responsibilities include managing attorneys’ calendars, confirming appointments, gathering and saving documents, and greeting clients for their meeting with the attorney. This is a critical position since this is the first contact prospective clients will have with the firm. The right candidate will be organized and an effective communicator with excellent proof reading skills and prior experience in a client service role.
Part Time: 20-25 hours / week
12:00 pm – 5:00 pm Monday – Thursday
Hourly pay is commensurate with experience.
