Community Relations Coordinator - Berlin, Connecticut
Czepiga Daly Pope & Perri is seeking a Community Relations Coordinator. This is a part-time position reporting to the Marketing Director. The role is to conduct outreach and support the firm's attorneys by coordinating all aspects of event planning for seminars, webinars, trade shows, and sponsorships, develop and organize Powerpoint slides, display materials, and handouts. Duties also include, but are not limited to, working with the Marketing Director to manage and maintain the firm's contact database, collaborate with external vendors to execute marketing related initiatives, maintain the calendar of events, manage relationships with key contacts, manage post-event follow up and evaluate and report on the results, attend local professional meetings, and perform other administrative duties as assigned.
A qualified candidate should have strong organization and time management skills, excellent oral and written communications and interpersonal skills, strong proficiency of basic computer programs, attention to detail, strong proof-reading and editing skills, Bachelor's degree in business, communications, marketing or a related field, and be an enthusiastic self-starter. Social media marketing experience a big plus and experience with Photoshop, InDesign or video editing a plus, but not necessary.
